Quit smoking quick & simple?

Let’s say that I’ve always felt that quit smoking is not so simple. Most of people end up using nearly every kind of stuff wasting a lot of money and quit smoking is quite far from simple if You don’t know what You are doing. Regardless of the excellent willings the most are unable to give up. It’s something that only who have been or still is a smoker can know. You try to give up… than You don’t know why but end up lightning the next one and nearly nothing helps You to give it up. So i was a small skeptical when I found this method.

Some people is concerned about the weight gain, but i reckon that it’s mostly due to the fact that when You give up the taste of the food is something new so You’d like to eat more.
